The Florence Douglas Senior Center, the operating entity of the Vallejo Senior Citizens' Council, Inc. a 501 c 3 non-profit, public charity. We strive to be the community's focal point for senior services and programs since 1977. We provide recreational, educational and social activities, volunteer opportunities, an information and referral service, a nutrition program, and coordination of services with other agencies serving Solano, Napa and Contra Costa counties for persons 50 years of age and over.
We encourage membership to persons 50 years of age and older; however, you do not have to be a member to participate in our activities. Annual membership fee is $ 20.00 and offers discounts for travel, classes and special events. Our members are the voting body of the Vallejo Senior Citizens' Council, Inc. and elect our Board of Directors.
